Alan has an extensive repertoire of experience, leading groundbreaking work in the built environment, energy, and the arts – across the world. He focuses on the development of equitable solutions that create opportunities for communities to thrive. 

Prishani  has led the implementation of interventions to improve quality of life and the thriving of the natural environment around the world. Working across industry and with diverse stakeholders, she has created new models for impact and curated space for engagement and trust building.

As a former director of Caritas in Ghana, Zan has a track record of dedicated service to the faith based missions of service. Zan has worked with the ECHo team on an artisanal and small scale mining project to address the health of these miners, starting in Ghana. Zan focuses his efforts on engagements with the ECHo network in West Africa. 

Shakti leads the design and implementation of model responses to food security. He has embarked on a journey of transition farming to regenerative agriculture as a model for ECHo to replicate – empowering communities to respond to the impact of climate change. Shakti focuses his efforts on engagements with the ECHo network in Southern Africa.

Dr Reginald Nalugala focuses his efforts on engagements with the ECHo network in East Africa. Reginald has intensive experience in thinking through the practical applications of the teachings of faith, with a particular focus on Catholic social teaching. He brings this vast knowledge and experience to the ECHo team – to enable engagements across faith groups, communities and investors.
